Delivery to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland with MeinEinkauf.ch
We do not deliver directly to Switzerland. However, you can still conveniently order from our German online store via our partner MeinEinkauf.ch. For a service fee, MeinEinkauf.ch will take care of all customs clearance and forward your order to your doorstep in Switzerland—quickly, fully cleared through customs, and without additional import duties or presentation fees. Delivery usually takes place within 2–3 business days after the shipment arrives at MeinEinkauf in Konstanz; experience has shown that the delivery time specified by us is extended by about 3 days.
How it works
First, register with MeinEinkauf.ch and receive your personal @MeinEinkauf.ch email address. Use this email address to set up your customer account and place your order in our shop. Enter only the address of MeinEinkauf GmbH in Konstanz (DE) as your delivery and billing address; your Swiss address must not appear in the order process with us. Pay for the goods directly to our shop in euros by credit card, PayPal, or prepayment. As soon as the order has arrived at MeinEinkauf in Konstanz, MeinEinkauf.ch will take care of customs clearance and taxes as well as subsequent shipping to your Swiss address. The service fee charged by MeinEinkauf.ch will be invoiced separately by MeinEinkauf.

Please only use your @MeinEinkauf.ch email address for the order. When checking out, please ensure that you enter the correct delivery and billing address for MeinEinkauf GmbH in Konstanz; incorrect addresses will result in delays or rejection of the shipment. Please also note the requirements for the correct payment method and the MeinEinkauf.ch price list for the service fee and possible additional costs (e.g., for returns) . For orders outside the EU, special customs regulations apply on the way to Germany; MeinEinkauf only handles customs clearance into Switzerland.
