Dew point monitor switching contact with external circuit board

The dew point monitor switching contact with external circuit board provides reliable protection against condensation forming on cold surfaces such as cooling pipes or cooling ceilings. The device measures temperature, relative humidity, and the dew point temperature calculated from these values—without any conductivity-based sensors—and thus detects critical humidity conditions at an early stage. The switching point can be set between 75 and 100 % RH using a potentiometer (factory setting: 75 %) and automatically activates the integrated output when necessary. Integrated LEDs also indicate the current switching status. The external circuit board allows flexible placement in hard-to-reach or sensitive locations. Ideal for HVAC systems, technical centers, data centers, and demanding applications with high requirements for monitoring and moisture protection.

The dew point monitor comes with an external circuit board that can be flexibly positioned using a 2 m long sensor cable – ideal for mounting on pipes or hard-to-reach areas. To ensure reliable operation, make sure there's good heat contact with the surface and that the sensor is free to be blown on by the ambient air.
