Delivery reliability

Testo Sensor GmbH is able to deliver.

Many of our customers ask us about the current delivery situation. Due to the current difficult situation in some supply chains, many companies have problems meeting their delivery times.

Not us!

100% delivery reliability is not an empty phrase for us, but a claim. No matter if the logistics processes are difficult due to the pandemic, shipwrecks or war. For us, on-time delivery is just as important as the quality of the probes we supply.

That is why we have organized ourselves in a different way: Our warehouses are well stocked with both commercial goods and components for the individual production of the probes. And so we have been able to deliver all orders, almost all of them within the specified delivery time or even faster.

We check this regularly and want to share the results with you on this page - completely transparent and fair.

Delivery times Testo Sensor GmbH - September 2023:

In September 2023, we were able to deliver 100% of all orders.

In 85% of all orders, we delivered to our customers within the stated delivery time. In 49% of the cases we were even faster than stated. 15% of the orders took one day longer than stated.

In July 2023, we were able to deliver 100% of all orders.

In 85% of all orders, we delivered to our customers within the stated delivery time. In 38% of the cases we were even faster than stated. 15% of the orders took one day longer than stated. 4% of the orders took two days longer than stated.

In June 2023, we were able to deliver 100% of all orders.

In 83% of all orders, we delivered to our customers within the stated delivery time. In 56% of the cases we were even faster than stated. 11% of the orders took one day longer than stated. 6% of the orders took two days longer than stated.

In May 2023, we were able to deliver 100% of all orders.

In 74% of all orders, we delivered to our customers within the stated delivery time. In 44% of the cases we were even faster than stated. 16% of the orders took one day longer than stated. 10% of the orders took two days longer than stated.

In April 2023, we were able to deliver 100% of all orders.

In 66% of all orders, we delivered to our customers within the stated delivery time. In 24% of the cases we were even faster than stated. 20% of the orders took one day longer than stated. 15% of the orders took two days longer than stated.

In 85% of all orders, we delivered to our customers within the stated delivery time. In 47% of the cases we were even faster than stated. 11% of the orders took one day longer than stated. 4% of the orders took two days longer than stated.

In Februrary 2023, we were able to deliver 100% of all orders.

In 83% of all orders, we delivered to our customers within the stated delivery time. In 39% of the cases we were even faster than stated. 12% of the orders took one day longer than stated. 5% of the orders took two days longer than stated.
